Image that green take over old city

I really like this image because I see clearly two sections.
Tall buildings are blur since the mist raining, and its still growing,
and the section where the low buildings are, is old and stopped developing,
and the long building in the center must be a school but its old and looks like abandoned,
and trees are stretching out between these old buildings.
I would choose to live this old section.
I should one day sneak in the school to plant the tree on the roof top…
In this magical city, plants are growing everyday.
